Eagles of Change was hosted on UNZA Radio 91.7fm for an interview focusing on drug & alcohol abuse amongst youth in Zambian communities. Young Zambians have been increasingly indulging in substance abuse, which has consequentially contributed to the country’s high levels of unemployment; even despite many of them being university graduates. It has been observed that many of our youth, graduates in particular, shy away from volunteer work, internships, or apprenticeships to acquire experience in various fields. As such, at Eagles of Change we strongly encourage young people to utilize opportunities available for them to participate in work on a volunteer-basis to provide them with practical experience in their fields of interest. Ultimately, this can aid them in acquiring employment and staying away from alcohol and drugs.
